You have now completed your first step in becoming a “Certificated Enforcement Agent” by completing your Taking Control of Goods Pre-Course Learning Package.

But the learning does not stop there you should continue to review the material we have provided in the handouts this will increase your knowledge in this subject.

Why not review the decisions made by the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) and the High Courts to allow you to better understand the decision processes that have led to the decisions made by the LGO and the High Court to “Certificated Enforcement Agents” decisions?
