Why do we collect information about you?

When undertaking a regulated qualification, it is important that we are able to uniquely identify each learner. We do this by your name and date of birth. There may be a requirement for us to contact you after you have completed this qualification. This may be for the purpose of quality assurance, investigating incidents or replacing certificates. We will share your data with the Awarding Body for the purposes of verifying the qualification. We do not share your information with any other third parties. We will not contact you for any marketing purposes.

Video Data for assessment purposes?

For some qualifications, we may video record all or part of the delivery of the qualification and assessment for the purposes of standardisation and moderation. You hereby give your agreement to have your image video recorded and shared with us for the purposes stated above. If you have any issues with this requirement, please discuss this with your assessor or training provider as soon as possible, but prior to the exam.
The assessor will advise all learners prior to undertaking such recording.

How long do we keep the subject data?

 All data will be kept for the lifetime of the qualification plus two years after which time the data will be destroyed, in the event that your qualification has no end date then data pertaining to that qualification will be kept indefinitely.
This allows us and the Awarding body to be able to provide the subject with evidence of attainment as required by the designated regulator.
