Please complete the Learner Qualification Enrolment Form so we can process your registration with the awarding body for your upcoming qualification.

Candidate ID Guidance

Guidance on Completing ID Submission Form.

It is a requirement of the Awarding Body that we validate all learners Identification before an Examination starts.

Before proceeding you should have the following information ready;

  1. Take a self-portrait of yourself using the guidance “Rules for your digital photograph” guide below.  Then save the photo to your smartphone gallery.
  2. Take clear digital photographs of your personal identification, Then save the photo to your smartphone gallery.

NOTE: if you are unsure of which ID is required, see the “Mandatory ID Requirements” guide below.

Once you have completed the steps above you can either send the photos to your home computer or proceed to the next stage.

The information will be passed to our intake team who will process your details.
